I am a retired College instructor, I taught pre-College level Chemistry classes as well as more advanced college level lectures , Laboratory instruction in addition to possessing a Tutor Certification. I love chemistry , I think it is fascinating once you understand it. My job is to help my student get and retain the information. My style is based on fun examples where my students learn to solve problems on their own. Some of my previous students are physicians , nurses , pharmacists and vetrenarians. Some stayed in touch and over the years recomended my classes to their friends and family members. Some claim that I changed their view of chemistry. Most students hate chemistry before going to class, they have a preconcieved notion that it is hard, I work with them to despel that.

I enjoy allowing young minds to explore the world around and within us in terms of chemistry, my biggest reward is when I see their eys light up with understanding a complex concept. That Aha moment for my students is what keeps me teaching. I read a lot and love ballroom dancing. I also paint American Folk Art on wood furniture.
