I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Spanish minor at Pepperdine University. I am very enthusiastic about the U.S. economy, and I try my best to instill the same passion for economics in my students. I also specialize in tutoring high school and college students in math courses from Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1-4, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and both standard and AP-level Calculus and Statistics. As a student, I was fortunate enough to have teachers who gave me the skills I needed to succeed in algebra and calculus. Now, as a tutor, I try to do the same for my students. Although math can be challenging, I think that all students have the capacity to excel in these courses when they're taught to utilize each concept with confidence. By establishing a solid foundation to build on, students start to find math rewarding and even fun! When I'm not sharing my fascination with economics with my students, I can be found skiing, running on dirt trails, or reading a good book. I also discovered an interest in the culture of South America during the time I studied abroad in Argentina, and would love to return there to live one day.
