I have been working with kids for almost 10 years because it is so amazing to see how fast they can learn and grow! I worked for 2 years as a kindergarten teacher in New York City and have extensive experience with early literacy and math. I worked with many different students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles throughout my time there. It is always amazing to see the growth my students were able to make when they became more confident in themselves as students and learners. I have worked mostly with ages 5-12 through volunteering, teaching, and coaching.

I love to be outside hiking, running, and going to the beach with my dog Pepper. I am currently a graduate student at San Diego State but want to continue to work with students to help them achieve their full potential!
