Education

I am a graduate from Arizona State University. I graduated with a cumulative GPA of 3.45. I have my BS degree in journalism/public relations with a minor in English and Math. I went to ASU West to earn my Teaching Certificate through the Masters Program.

Experience

I enjoy teaching students. There is a joy in watching students succeed in math when they have struggled for so long. There is such a sense of accomplishment in that feeling for the student. I spent the past 20 years as a classroom math teacher. I taught 7th grade math, 8th grade math, 8th grade Algebra I, High school Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II. I have recently moved back to San Diego and am interested in tutoring more than in going back to the classroom.
