High School Diploma from Los Amigos High School (2012, GPA 4.275) B.A. Latin American Studies from UC San Diego (2016, GPA 3.4) Current 1L at USD School of Law I took the SAT and the AP Spanish Language, English Language, English Literature, Music Theory and US History exams in high school. I received a 1910 on my SAT.
Experience
This past summer, I had my first teaching job as an Algebra 1 teacher. I am also a sub in a K-12 school district. I have tutored 5th grade through 12th grade students in various subjects. I was an in-class tutor/teacher aid in a 7th/8th grade combo Spanish class at the Preuss School in La Jolla. I speak both English and Spanish (I learned Spanish in High School/College) and I have had various training for study/organization skills. I love tutoring because it is fun and rewarding to work with students and help them maximize their educational opportunities in order to achieve their goals.
