I earned my bachelor's degree in biology from the California Institute of Technology. I also earned in English minor. I'm looking forward to attending Stanford in their School of Medicine. As an educator, I've tutored low income students as a volunteer, and I've been a teaching assistant for biology courses. I also tutored on campus to help students learn chemistry and biology. I'm currently also tutoring students for the MCAT. I can tutor students in many subjects, but my favorites are chemistry, biochemistry, and biology. When I work with students, I like to explain topics in ways a students understand them and also relate concepts to things students know. I want students to enjoy their sessions, and I believe my approach inspires students to want to learn more. My other interests include neuroscience, reading, pets, photography, and tennis.
