I received my bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and am now pursuing a graduate degree in Environmental Engineering from San Diego State University. I've tutored peers in college as well as students in grades K-12. I tutor primarily math and science courses, including algebra 1 and 2, calculus 1 and 2, geometry, elementary math, middle school math, statistics, trigonometry, and arithmetic. However, my absolute favorite course to tutor is physics. Physics corresponds to all aspects of life, and it's fun when you can demonstrate a concept to students to make it more relatable (for example, gravity). I also help students prepare for standardized tests such as the GRE.I know a solid education is an asset that students need. I consider it an honor to be allowed to assist the students I tutor in achieving their academic goals. During my free time, I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, surfing, and reading.
