Hobbies

I am active in many sports including cycling, swimming, scuba and surfing. My greatest interest, however, is sailing. As an active co-organizer of the meetup.com group, Sailing San Diego, I routinely teach new members how to sail aboard my 30 foot sailboat, Golden Bear. I have also built my own sailboat, a wooden dinghy that can be rowed or sailed and can be towed behind my larger boat. On another note, I have recently been very interested in nutrition and the health benefits of a nutritionally sound diet.
