My goal is to get students to approach math problems independently. And I hope to use my experiences as a graduate engineering student and Math teacher's assistant at San Diego State. I communicate well with students, and they enjoy my lighthearted, easy going approach. I focus on helping them understand the basic principles so that they can then build on them. A firm foundation is the basis for future success. I have the ability to create clear and concise learning objectives and I have the knowledge of using innovative, appropriate and differentiated instructional methods.
