I am a senior English major/German minor, honors student at the University of San Diego. I hope to begin working on a PhD in Applied Linguistics after graduation.
Experience
I have been tutoring German to students of all ages for the past two years, including full-immersion tutoring. I have been studying German for seven years, and I speak with a near-native accent. I received a 5 on the AP German exam. I enjoy tutoring because I am passionate about languages and linguistics. German is my favorite language! I have been to Germany and Switzerland, and I'm currently working on expanding my understanding of local dialects. I hope to one day teach English at a German university.
