Having good study skills is essential in order to be successful as a student. I think students need to know how to stay organized and they should also have a good grasp of reading comprehension. I help students better learn these skills so they're able to stay on top of their studies and better prepare for upcoming tests. When I was in elementary school, I had a 2nd grade teacher who helped me realize my passion for learning! My teacher also helped to build my confidence with many skills.I think all students are able to succeed and should be able to have success, even with challenging topics. I don't like to just give the answers, but instead, encourage my students to work through each challenge. I am a certified substitute teacher and I'm also an English tutor. While in high school, I was enrolled in AP Literature and AP English Language. I also took other AP programs and did well as a student. While in school, I also developed a passion for sports and was part of the rowing team. I'm ready to help you with your study and learning needs. I can help with a variety of subject matters and can also help with study and test preparation.
