Hobbies
I love to develop creative ways of learning new things and adapting curriculums in schools to be culturally relevant. I work to incorporate parents in the education of their children while making collaborative efforts with the teacher and student. I am also part of a federal grant where we live in Mexico each summer to develop or linguistic and cultural skills. I have lived in Chile and taught English as a foreign language at the university level. I love to Travel, exercise: (run, bike, swim), Spin Instructor, weight lifting; Music: String Bass, Trombone, Piano, Singing; Resume building; Research. Currently I am working on research projects that include written expression, literacy, and reading skills.
