I have one year of tutoring experience. I currently tutor at the San Diego Homework Help program; a program created by the city to help kindergarten to 8th grade students. I have scored in the top third percentile of the SAT and ACT, as well as successfully completed the AP Literature, AP European History, AP United States History, and AP Government courses. I love teaching one on one because it allows me to truly get to know the student, and allow me to tailor the lesson to their strengths and interests. Class sizes these days are so large that it's possible for your/ your child's teacher to not even know your name! The best way to teach is with as few students as possible!

I love to read, especially young adult fiction novels such as the Hunger Games and Divergent. I also love video games, such as Kingdom Hearts and pretty much anything from Nintendo. I also play piano, and love to play 80s rock music.
