I firmly believe that if you find the study method that works the best for you, you can be successful in any course. An effective study method should help the student understand the material, but also be enjoyable as well. During my time as a student, I was able to find methods that worked well for me in each class, which I fully believe is the reason I was so successful. I have a bachelor's of science, emphasis in Physiology and Neuroscience. I also minored in Literature, Hebrew, and Psychology. I tutor in math courses, sciences, and more. I first like to speak to the parent of the child I am tutoring. I believe that getting an inside look at what the child enjoys doing is important in order to build a custom lesson plan. Parents know their children best, so I always ask what way their student learns best. I do whatever I can to incorporate those interests and learning methods into my lessons. I strive to teach my pupils skills that they can use in their future studies as well. I am looking forward to helping your student reach their academic goals.
