My name is Aneesh, and I am currently a junior at the University of California - San Diego. I am studying Bioengineering-Bioinformatics. I began tutoring other students in high school in science and math - which I have loved since I was a small child. I have also volunteered my time as a tutor at Blacow Elementary. When I tutor, I think it is imperative that you create an environment where the student finds joy in the learning process. A successful tutor is one who is patient, especially when trying to determine the student's preferred learning style. When I tutor, I am fully committed to customizing my approach to the student. Using this method gives them the best opportunity to discover and develop a true passion for learning and to enjoy the overall process. I offer tutoring in a number of areas, including Calculus 1 - 3, Geometry, Elementary Math, Middle School Math, Statistics, Trig, Algebra 1 - 4, and Multivariable Calculus. I am also strong in the sciences - Physical, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. If you need assistance in preparing for the SAT, I can also help you with that. Outside of my graduate work and tutoring, I like to read, listen to music, play basketball, and lift weights.
